Handmade Textured Oval Serving Bowl with Blue Glaze

This is the only large bowl in the collection – a one-of-a-kind, hand built ceramic bowl with a striking, sculptural presence. The exterior is meticulously textured using metal ball tools, a process that took over two hours to complete by hand.

Inside, the bowl is finished with a deep, atmospheric blue glaze which I created in my studio. The glaze pools and shifts beautifully across the surface. The bowl has a soft, oval shape and holds approximately 3 Litres, making it ideal for serving salads, pasta or fruit.

This piece is more than a vessel – it’s a functional work of art, designed to bring tactile beauty and quiet drama to your table. Whether used daily or displayed on its own, it’s a unique, expressive object that reflects the time and intention of its making.
