Sculptural Jewelry Dish with Crystal Ring Holder in Pink & 24k Gold

This sculptural ceramic jewellery dish is hand carved from dark stoneware clay using a subtractive process that creates a raw outer rim, contrasted with a glossy, glazed interior. The surface is glazed in a soft, pale pink glaze with the plate visually divided into three segments, achieved by slip trailing.

At one side of the dish, a large sculpted porcelain crystal rises at a gentle angle into the centre – designed as a ring holder. The base of the crystal is hand painted in 24k gold lustre, with the upper portion finished in an iridescent mother of pearl lustre.

Delicate 24k gold flecks accent the raised slip lines, catching the light and tying the composition together.
