Textured Teal Bowl

My Textured Teal Bowl was hand built from stoneware clay. I created the texture on the outside by adding and manipulating a thick, porcelain slip while the bowl was still quite wet. The striking, metallic outer glaze catches the light over the texture and contrasts beautifully with the glossy, food safe interior. this piece is quite thick and heavy. I’ve reduced the price a little as there are a few, minor stress cracks on the base. This doesn’t affect its function or durability. It would look gorgeous being displayed, or for serving food. I recommend hand washing.
