Handmade Ceramic Bowl Plate with Studio Dark Blue Glaze

One-of-a-kind handmade ceramic plate-bowl hybrid, sold individually. This handmade ceramic piece is a unique cross between a plate and a shallow bowl – often called a blate. Ideal for serving salads, pasta, desserts or everyday meals, it offers versatility of both forms in one thoughtfully crafted object.

It is hand built from dark brown stoneware clay and features a rough, irregular rim and organic shape. The exterior is left raw to showcase the natural texture of the clay, while the interior is coated with a combination of studio-made, glossy glazes that flow with tonal variations of dark blue.

No two are exactly alike, making each piece a functional work of art.

Available in this collection in four distinct glaze finishes, there are only one of each glaze finish listed.
