Weeping Amber Crystalline Carafe

My ‘Weeping Amber Crystalline Carafe’ is a real show stopper! It’s hand built from high fire stoneware and boasts a gorgeous multi-glaze combo using glazes I made in my studio. it has a few minor pinholes that won’t affect its function.

There are many steps to making crystalline glazed ceramics so it is incredibly time consuming, but I hope you’ll agree that the results are worth the effort! My crystalline pieces are glaze fired to 1300 degrees celcius over 16.5 hours. They are dishwasher safe, but I recommend to hand wash them to preserve their beauty.
